Göz Hastalıkları Servisi İstanbul, Prof. Dr. The cup reversal after pressure reduction following glaucoma surgery is a well described phenomenon especially in congenital and infantil glaucoma. But it is not common that the cup reversal occurs upon decrease in IOP by medical treatment in adult glaucomatous patients. In this report, we describe a young adult patient with advanced glaucoma who develops a cup reversal after medical treatment. The optic disc changes were shown by imaging techniques such as fundus photography, HRT II and OCT. Although these imaging modalities are promising techniques for the future, currently, they may lead misdiagnosis. Keywords : Cup reversal, ocular imaging techniques, glaucoma
