It may be congenital or may occur secondary to trauma. Bilateral congenital aniridia is a rare clinical condition. Its inheritance is usually autosomal dominant but sporadic cases are also been reported. In this case report we aimed to report a 9 years old child who has bilateral congenital aniridia, cataract, high intraocular pressure, strabismus and sensorineural hearing loss.
