4M.D. Van Military Hospital, Eye Clinic, Van/TURKEY To report repair of a recurrent erosion of conjonctiva over the tube with buccal mucosa graft in a patient with Ahmed glaucoma implant. A 60-year old male patient with anterior chamber intraocular lens secondary to cataract operation for 5 years, presented with medically uncontrolled high intraocular pressure. Patient was treated with Ahmed valve implant. After 3 months of operation there was a conjunctival erosion detected over the tube. Recurrent conjunctival erosion despite repeated treatments was repaired with buccal mucous graft. No complications were noted during twelve months follow-ups. It may a good surgical choice to repair recurrent conjunctival erosions over tubes with buccal mucous graft itself. Keywords : Glaucoma, Ahmed valve, conjunctival erosion, buccal membrane
