Ankara Training and Research Hospital, Eye Clinic, Ankara/TURKEY Seton implants are being used more frequently in the treatment of glaucoma, both as the primary procedure of choice and following failure of trabeculectomy operations. The mostly used devices are: Molteno drainage device, Baerveldt glaucoma implant and Ahmed glaucoma valve.
