M.D., Mengucek Gazi Training and Research Hospital, Eye Clinic, Erzincan/TURKEY Iridodialysis is separation of the iris root from the ciliary body and it occurs mostly after blunt trauma applied to the globe. It is usually accompanied by traumatic cataract. In the present paper, a new surgical technique was explained for both cataract surgery and iridodialysis repair using the same tunnel incision.
