There is a consensus that the elevation in intraocular pressure results from increased resistance to the aqueous outflow. Diagnosis is not difficult because of evident signs and symptoms of the patients, but rarely the diagnosis may be underestimated, as in the present case. Steroid-induced glaucoma in a 25-year-old man who was unaware of his illness is presented herein. Keywords : Dexamethasone, glaucoma
