4Kocaeli Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Göz Hastalıkları AD, Kocaeli, Doç. Dr. Keratoglobus is a rare disease characterized by diffuse corneal thinning. It is often congenital, however it can also appear after birth. In keratoglobus, the entire cornea is thinned most markedly in the midperiphery of the cornea. It is known that corneal thickness affects the measurement of intraocular pressure by Goldmann applanation tonometry. For this reason, measurement of corneal thickness is important in clinical evaluation of glaucoma. In this case report, we aimed to present 2 keratoglobus patients with the light of the recent data in literature. Keywords : Keratoglobus, corneal thickness, intraocular pressure
