The patient who had primary open angle glaucoma and megalocornea was referred to our clinic. We performed trabeculectomy to the right eye of the patient because the intraocular pressure was high in spite of medication. She was also using her medication irregularly. In the follow up after surgery the patient experienced 3 seperate choroidal detachment episodes. The reason of the first episode was ocular hypotony, the second was idiosyncronic, and the third was early discontinuing of the sicloplegic which was given for the treatment of the choroidal detachment.
