Secondary Glaucoma in a Case with Localised Scleroderma

She showed a depressed skin lesion with scarring on her right eyelid and frontal area, and her medical history revealed antiglaucomatous treatment. Patient underwent ophthalmologic examination including measurement of intraocular pressure, central corneal thickness, and ultrasound biomicropic examination and magnetic resonance imaging. Progressive glaucomatous damage and choroidal atrophy were detected in fundus examination. Skin and conjunctival biopsy revealed the diagnosis of scleroderma.
