It can be traumatic or iatrogenic after anterior segment surgery. This creates a communication of anterior chamber with suprachoroidal space, which may result in chronic hypotony and loss of vision. Persistent hypotony resulting from cyclodialysis requires manegement. Various methods including medical, laser therapy and surgical intervention are used for manegement of this entity. We report a case in order to evaluate the efficacy of argon laser photocoagulation therapy for treatment of cyclodialysis cleft after ocular trauma that is unresponsive to medical therapy.
