Atatürk Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi 1.Göz Kliniği, Ankara A case with Fuchs heterochromic iridocyclitis and angle recession secondary to the trauma underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Postoperatively, intraocular pressure could not be controlled even antiglaucomatous medication and he underwent trabeculectomy and intraoperative mitomycine C (0.2 mg/ml) application.
