A.D., Samsun, Prof. Dr. A 88-year-old female patient presented with loss of vision, red eye and globular mass in her right eye 3 days after ocular cow-corn trauma. Slit lamp examination revealed subconjunctival crystalline lens dislocation to the superior quadrant in the right eye. Additionally, hyphema with shallow anterior chamber and a dark line of about 6 mm length were detected behind superior limbus indicating probable site of scleral rupture. A scleral rupture 1 mm behind limbus were detected and repaired. In this case report, we present a case with superior quadrant scleral rupture and subconjunctival crystalline lens dislocation after blunt ocular trauma. Keywords : Blunt ocular trauma, subconjunctival crystalline lens dislocation, scleral rupture
