A patient who had undergone bilateral phacotrabeculectomy due to the combination of glaucoma and cataracts was admitted to our hospital after being struck by a piece of wood in the left eye. Due to the trauma, the intraocular lens (IOL) was dislocated into the anterior chamber and the IOL haptics obstructed the internal ostium at trabeculectomy region in an interesting way. The intraocular pressure (IOP) was elevated due to the inhibition of the filtration. The IOL was repositioned to provide visual rehabilitation and glaucoma control again. Keywords : Pseudoexfoliation, glaucoma, phacoemulsification, trabeculectomy, intraocular lens dislocation
