In patients with glaucoma, in the follow-up period after filtration surgery failed, leaking or overfiltering blebs may be encountered. In these situations, at the beginning, aggressive surgical interventions should be avoided, conservative management should be preferred. If necessary, revision should be considered in the early postoperative period, reoperation should be considered in the late postoperative period. Keywords : Glaucoma, trabeculectomy, bleb revision
